Switch it on

Open the parallax settings on each section, row or module you want to move.

Set Depth and Axis
Give each layer its own Depth, then pick Both, Horizontal or Vertical.

Where to set itOpen the module, row or column you want to move, go to the Advanced tab and open Mouse Parallax. Turn on Enable Mouse Parallax and give it a Depth. Mouse Strength, Motion Smoothness and the other motion settings come from the parent section.
