Product Activation
Our WordPress Plugin required a license key to activate for auto update via WordPress backend purposes only. The data are sent to us in the following manner for activation:

  • Your Domain
  • License Key

Other than that, nothing is else collected when using our products (Nothing is sent to our server except for license activation – which is your license key and your domain). These datas are only meant for verifying the licenses during activation of our plugin. 

3. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

4. Contact forms

If you submit a contact form, the submissions go to the database and is used for customer service purposes only. The form submission data gets deleted periodically. We do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.
