What is the Divi Text Path module?

Text Path is a Divi 5 module in Divi Supreme Pro that sets text along an SVG path. Use it for circular badges around a logo, "scroll down" rings, wavy section titles, arcs over a product photo and playful shapes on landing pages.

Type the Text and pick one of 23 path shapes, from Wave, Arc and Circle to Heart, Star, Cloud and Speech Bubble, or choose Custom and paste your own SVG code. Then set the size, rotation, starting point and word spacing, choose the text direction, and show the path itself with its own colour and width if you like.

How do I put text in a circle in Divi?

Add the Text Path module, type your words in Text and set Path Type to Circle. Adjust Size and Starting Point in the Design tab until the text fits all the way round.

Which path shapes are there?

23 shapes: Wave (the default), Arc, Circle, Line, Oval, Spiral, Heart, Triangle, Zigzag, Figure Eight, Parabola, Diamond, Star, Cross, Staircase, Semicircle, Double Arch, Crown, Lightning, Arrow, Speech Bubble, Cloud and Smile. Choose Custom to use your own.

Can I use my own SVG path?

Yes. Set Path Type to Custom and paste your SVG markup into SVG Code. The text then follows your path.

How do I show the line under the text?

Turn on Show Path. Then set Path Color (#e8178a by default) and Path Width (1px by default) under Text Path in the Design tab.

How do I change where the text starts?

Use Starting Point under Text Path. It is 0% by default, the start of the path. Rotate turns the whole shape.

How big is the text path?

500px wide by default. Change it with Size under Text Path, and set the font with Title Font.

Does it work with right-to-left languages?

Yes. Set Text Direction to RTL. The other options are Default and LTR.

Can the text come from dynamic content?

Yes. Text supports dynamic content, so you can pull in a post title or a custom field.
