Point it at one element
Tooltip Target set to Custom Selector attaches the tip to one link, button or icon inside the module, not the whole container.

Switch on Tooltip
Turn it on under Divi Supreme, Extensions. Nothing loads until you do.

Open the Advanced tab
On any section, row, column or module, open the Tooltip group and turn on Enable Tooltip.

Type and place it
Write the hint, pick where it opens and how it looks. Your layout tree stays exactly as it was.
